The Junior Warden is the lodge’s third principal officer. He supports the Worshipful Master and Senior Warden, helps look after the well‑being and fellowship of the members, and often oversees meals and social times connected with lodge meetings. In this role he helps create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and develops the experience he will need for future leadership within the lodge.
